Exceptionally beautiful Andalusian-style villa with a private pool for up to 8 people in the Dehesa de la Villa area of Conil. It features 4 spacious bedrooms – 2 on each of the two floors: The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a large living room with a dining table and chairs, 2 sofas, satellite TV, and a fireplace. The open-plan, high-quality equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and everything else you could wish for. There is also a full bathroom with a large corner bathtub and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs made of fine wood. A grand, winding staircase leads to the 2nd floor with 2 more bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a shower room. The master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the pool, and the other bedroom opens onto a furnished roof terrace. The total living space of the house is over 150 sqm. Both terraces are ideally south-west facing. The quite large, beautifully shaped pool has its own small waterfall and is surrounded by a well-protected garden with many plants.
