The apartment has a living room, with 55" Smart TV with satellite (English, German, French, Dutch channels etc), as well as air conditioning, and stunning sea views from anywhere in the living room. It has a sofa bed (1.50 m) to comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 guests in total (on request, as it carries a supplement for bed linen as well as occupancy). Kitchen composed of ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender. It has a small room that hides and is independent of the living room through several sliding doors with a double bed of 1.50 meters. The urbanization has a communal pool open in summer season, as well as large communal garden areas.
