La Carrasca is an old farmhouse in the interior of the Vega Baja del Segura, 1.5 km from Catral (Alicante) with an antiquity dating back to 1900. It has been restored with all the comfort of the XXI century (wifi) and rustic charm, highlighting the collection of paintings inspired by the Greek mythology of Fermín Navarro. It has a large fenced garden of 5000m2 in which you can find a variety of trees (oak, cork oak, mulberry, palm, pine, orange, lemon, ...), and a lawn area, an ideal place for children to play. The town of Quesada known as the “Quesada Strip” is a mere 6-minute walk away. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa. This Property is rented out as a whole including the apartment. There would be no other rentals taken during your time here. There is private off road parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway. The main villa is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a dining room, lounge area with Smart TV, English TV Satellite Channels, fully equipped Kitchen, family bathroom complete with walk in shower and w/c.
