Beautiful low-rise residential building with 3 floors (with elevator). It has a rounded swimming pool with a roped-off children's wading area. The apartment is located on the first floor, tastefully furnished, and features a kitchen, a utility gallery, a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower). It boasts a very large terrace (25 m2) facing North with views of the pool and its landscaped surroundings. From the terrace, you can directly access the pool area by descending seven steps. This residential complex is 120 meters from the sand, situated in the central area where you can find all types of services. A garage space is included. Capacity for 6/7 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT PERMITTED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). A linen change every two weeks is included.
