The house was completed in March 2015 for vacation guests. The finca is very quiet, on the outskirts of Porto Cristo with its idyllic fishing port, which is only 1.2 km away, as is the sandy beach. Porto Cristo is a very attractive town with many stores and restaurants where especially fresh fish is recommended. On 140 sqm living space and 2 floors you will find on the ground floor a large living / dining room with crumpled leather sofa and large satellite TV. Next to it is the high quality kitchen with everything that makes a perfect vacation. Both rooms have direct access to the outside terrace. At the other end of the ground floor is the largest of the three bedrooms with a noble bathroom with corner washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.
