The front terrace is usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. At the rear of the house there is a little patio where you will find the laundry area and a barbeque. The house has satellite TV and WIFI. The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. There are three cozy bedrooms. The first comes with a double bed, closet, fan, skylight and a window to the kitchen. The second bedroom has a skylight (no window) and is fitted with a double bed, fan and closet. The third room with two twin beds has a window to the patio. There are two bathrooms with shower (no window but an extractor fan). The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. If you prefer, you can swim in the sea thanks to the private and direct access through the lush and well-kept garden.
