Your are going to find cosy corners outside like the great chlorine pool where you can cool off when it is hot. It is fenced for children security and it sizes 6 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. You can bask in the sun or relax under the parasol on any of the 4 sun loungers by the pool, while reading an interesting book or listening to some music. There also is an outdoors shower available in case you want to refresh out the pool. There are several covered terraces that invite to enjoy an appetiser or delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is divided into 2 floors. From pool terrace you access a great living-dining room with satellite TV channels, wood stove, large windows with pool views and also clear views to the kitchen. This is very spacious and equipped with gas and ceramic top, oven and all utensils and appliances to create new recipes. There is a toilet and a shower bathroom on this main floor, and another bathroom with a bath and a shower upstairs. The bedrooms are all located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and exit to the balcony although one has a ceiling fan and a closet and the other comes with a walk-in closet and AC. Villa located in the most exclusive and quiet area of Porto Cristo and situated on the seafront with access to a small rocky cove where you can enjoy crystal clear waters. At 50 metres from the house we find the Torre de's Serral dels Falcons, one of the best preserved watchtowers in the east of the island dating back to the year 1577. The famous Drach caves are 500 metres from the house, do not hesitate to visit them. The beach of Portocristo is less than 1 kilometre away and the marina is 500 metres away. In the marina area you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita or Cala Magrana are 5 minutes away from the house. Other recommended visits in the area are the town of Manacor, with its centre full of shops for shopping, or Portocolom, one of the most beautiful ports of the island ideal for dining in one of its many restaurants. On the gound floor you will find the kitchen, lounge and dinning area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a children playroom. There is also a small patio, with the stairs that lead to the top floor. On the top floor there is a Roof terrace, completed with outdoor furniture and sun umbrella and also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Off this bedroom there is another terrace, this is a sun terrace with sun loungers to relax in the sun. We offer baby cot, hight chair and chidren toys and games, so this house is comfortable and convenient for families. we do also offer basic beach equipment, such as sun umbrella and cooler bag. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.22 per kw / h. This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to get relaxed. Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature two single beds and wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed.
