South of Mallorca in peace and quiet, you will find the vacation home "Stella Maris" in the town of Cala Pi. Cala Pi is characterized by its beautiful golden beach situated between protective high cliffs, the old watchtower, nice restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, and all that at about 100 meters distance. This ground-floor apartment has two covered terraces, each with its own dining table, a patio with sunbeds, a separate outside toilet, and its own private pool. At the rear is a natural park, at the front is a parking lot where you can park your car. The interior is very tastefully done. Every detail has been taken care of, a wonderfully comfortable couch, a large open kitchen and a dining table in the middle make you feel right at home. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of them is also a bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. Who wants to go out by car, within half an hour drive there are lovely villages and beautiful beaches to visit such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Santanyi, Beach Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or to a hip beach club Mhares Sea Club. Large supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski and Aldi can be found in Campos. Recommended is a visit to one of the wineries in the region. Those who want to cherish the nightlife are advised to drive to El Arenal or Cala D´Or....

The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air. At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. Spectacular villa with uninterrupted sea views. It is located on the cliffs of Cala Pi, with an area of 300 m2, 400 m2 of garden and a 12x4,5m pool. The house has all the comforts, such as hot/cold air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, high speed WIFI, covered parking spaces. All rooms in the house are spacious and very bright. This fantastic villa has 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have sea views, as well as blackout curtains that guarantee the most absolute privacy. The master bedroom has its own private living room and has large windows that fill it with light and allow you to enjoy the relaxing views. We have a baby cot, high chair and baby hammock for the confort of our youngest guests. The kitchen is spacious and bright and communicates with the laundry and pantry area. On the covered terrace we find the summer dining room. Next to the pool there are sunbeds and outdoor armchairs. The beach of Cala Pi, located just 500 meters from the villa, is considered by many to be the perfect beach, protected between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters.
