Wonderful studio with a huge private terrace in an exclusive area of Cordoba, just 5 minutes from downtown. It is located in a new building with 8 luxurious quality apartments and an exceptional community pool open from April 1 to November 1 , as well as a private garage in the building. It is a very bright studio. The access to the studio is directly through the large private garden, entering from the common areas of the building. The garden is fully furnished with outdoor furniture. Upon entering the studio we find a space made up of a spacious living-dining room, which has a large sofa, Smart TV and a dining table with chairs with capacity for up to 4 people. The kitchen, open to the rest of the studio, is fully equipped. At the bottom of this space we find a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00.
