Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two doubles, one twin room) & 1 bathroom with shower over the full sized bath, along with a lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The villa has a private terrace suitable for eating or relaxing outside with a small sofa for relaxing, dining area for 6 people and sun parasol. 6 sunbeds are provided for sunbathing around the extensive pool terrace. There is a large (14m x 5m) shared pool with a children’s section. Inside the villa there is a central air conditioning unit which is coin operated with 1 and 2 euro coins. There is on street parking which is free of charge....
