This cozy house is located in the beautiful artists' village of Deia. A small path leads over a small bridge and then about 120 meters to the house, which was built into the old olive tree terraces and therefore but has a magnificent view of the valley of Deia on the gigantic rock massif des Teix. A staircase leads from the path down to porch and front door. The stone table under the pergola provides a shady spot. Here can be grilled or enjoyed with a glass of wine the sunset, which can illuminate the Teix in still other reds. The house has a cozy living room, whose windows offer a magnificent view. Likewise, we find the open kitchen and the dining room. The old Mallorcan cuisine has recently been extensively restored, so that it still fits stylistically into the house, but meets all requirements of a modern kitchen. In back of the house there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are both each equipped with a double bed.
