Large villa in the urbanisation Rafol de Almunia in Monte Pego. It has 800m2 of plot and a dreamlike view of the sea and the mountains. It is located in the same mountain, in a very quiet area in a dead end street. The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and shrubs. The private pool has roman steps and measures 8m x 4m with a large terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a small fridge and a table to complement the space. The two-storey house has 130m2 and is distributed as follows, on the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace, next to the living room is the dining room with the corridor that leads to the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and another filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. In the storeroom is the washing machine. We continue with the bedrooms, a double bedroom with double bed with two mattresses, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
