Distribution of the villa With 140 m2 of living space, the villa has two floors connected on the inside by a staircase. On the main floor there is a living-dining room with plenty of natural light and an open plan kitchen with a nice bar, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a complete en suite bathroom with shower. A guest toilet and a nice covered terrace with table for lunch and dinner which is accessed from the living room and has beautiful sea views.
