It occupies a plot of 1000 m2 and is ideal for families or friends with a maximum capacity of 15 people. It has parking area for up to 6 conventional cars, with private salt water swimming pool (a lot more healthy and safe) and even a games room with pool table, table football, ping pong table and card table, which is sure to make your stay even more fun!It has two porches, one to the front, opposite the swimming pool and the sun bed area, and another to the rear facing the garden, with an area of more than 400m2 and various fruit trees, where adults and children can have fun outside. The main house is located in the centre of the plot and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one being en-suite). Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one having a double bed and the other two having two single beds. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a sloping ceiling and double bed.
