Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen. If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves. But all the facilities like the outside and pool are exclusively for you. 600 meters from the main road to Moraira in a quiet neighbourhood you enter a dead end street at our driveway with electric gate. There are 2 parking places for you. Via an external staircase you will reach your own floor. You enter through the living room from where all rooms are directly accessible. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and central heating and 2 bathrooms with toilet and hair dryer. 1 with shower and 1 with bath. The open kitchen is not large but offers electric cooker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. Living room has television with satellite so many foreign channels such as Dutch, English, German and Spanish. Outside a terrace with plenty of shade, the private pool with loungers, in the tea house with dining table with outdoor kitchen with BBQ and electric cooker. Further in the garden with fruit trees several seating areas. We charge for the electricity you use. 0,25 euro/kWh. There is meter installed for this purpose.
