Casa Romántica is situated on the outskirts of Salobrena, in a residential urbanisation in the countryside. The house is less than 15 minutes drive from the town of Salobrena (6km). To get to the house you have to climb several stairs (about 35 steps) but it is well worth it, as once at the top you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the castle of Salobrena. The best thing about the house is its terrace, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or even a barbecue next to the swimming pool (good size and open all year round), it is ideal for the whole family. The house, built in the 80's, is in its original state and is decorated in the traditional Spanish style of the time. This stunning villa is situated above the town of Almuñecar with amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, with both bedrooms having doors out to the terraces. The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement. Steps lead down to the large swimming pool (8 x 4 metres), steam room and outside kitchen and seating area together. The swimming pool has a solar cover which provides some heat dependent on the weather. There is also the availability of having the pool heated by an electric heat pump at an extra cost.
