Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom holiday home in Costabella, only 150 m from the beach and a 10 minute drive to Marbella and a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus. Costabella is close to many golf courses, has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Marbella, and is known for its excellent beach bars and beach clubs. There are also two supermarkets within a 7 minute walk, so a car is not really necessary. The beautiful house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level there is the living-dining room, the kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 1 bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the master bedroom has a 180x200m bed and the other a 140x200m bed. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds of 90x200m. On the third floor there is a nice terrace with beautiful sea views and a small table with 2 chairs. A very comfortable modern villa in the area Costabella, Marbella. It offers a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed between a main house with two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a separate apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, its own kitchen and living area.
