It is a stone house more than 200 years old that has been completely renovated in 2015 by one of the most prestigious architects of the island. The house is located on a hill, so it has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and has, among other things, internet connection, air conditioning and music system. The rooms of this very special property are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious and beautiful living room, in which the old feeding troughs of the stables have been kept. The living room has a nice sofa in front of a large television. Next to the living room there is a spacious kitchen with a large dining table for 10 people next to a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and other utensils you may need. The exteriors of this amazing country house are so beautiful. In front of a two-storey precious construction, there you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, - 9 x 5 m and a depth of 1 to 2 m -, surrounded by green lawn where you can sunbathe. There are six sun loungers also for that and a large furnished porch for your best barbecues. Inside, there is a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, where you can eat all together, watch satellite TV, a DVD film or listen to music. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three dormitories with double bed and wardrobe, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There are also three bathrooms, one with shower downstairs and two en-suite, one of those with bathtub in one of the rooms downstairs and the other with both bathtub (no hydromassage) and shower upstairs. It is located in the middle of nature, with spectacular scenic beauty. It has plenty of outdoor space to park several cars. A large infinity pool (10mx4m), a chill out area to relax and a small park for the little ones of the family to enjoy. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, an elegant living room with integrated dining area and a designer kitchen with cooking island and another dining area.
