The apartment has a spacious lounge with double sofa-bed, flat wall mounted TV-screen and dining table to seat 4. The amazing terrace with panoramic sea views is facing south/southwest and provides afternoon and evening sun. There are awnings to give shade if necessary.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including oven and large fridge/freezer. Bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and safe in the cupboard. Nice full bath and shower room with new top loading washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, cable-TV with channels in many languages, including English and ceiling fans throughout. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The community has a nice swimming pool and gardens. The community is suitable for disabled and limited mobility access, with ramps and lifts. Shared parking, however there are not always places available for everyone in summer time.
