Casa 23 has a private 8 x 4 pool with shallow steps to a graduated pool from appx 1metre to 1.8metres in depth. There are many large terraces with ample room for sunbathing or shade. There is a covered part of the terrace which offers shade and ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a brick built BBQ. The villa is well equipped with Air con to all bedrooms and sitting room ( these can also be used as heating in the winter). There is free Wifi, UK TV channels and bluetooth speaker. The sitting/dining room has 2 large sofas and 2 easy chairs, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD player, bluetooth speaker. The stairs can be secured by using the stair gate when little ones are about(available on request). The patio doors lead out onto the shaded veranda of the upper terrace which has a dining table and 6 chairs plus some cane chairs for more comfort.
