Marta's Recommendation! My colleague Marta suggested this villa, located on Calle Carabeo, in the center of Nerja. She bet that it would be a highly sought-after villa. In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a little extra. But I had my doubts... the villa wasn't cheap, although the interior is of a high standard. We finally managed to lower the price a bit and it turned out... Location and Exterior And our clients love the house! If your vacation is short, then think about how much valuable time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, or supermarket... From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot, and the beach is only 200 meters away. Still, if you want to bring your own car, there's no problem, as you have private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? No, there isn't, as Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street and only allows cars for people who have parking there. Allow me to tell you a bit more about this charming villa. On the ground floor, there are large windows that open onto a splendid terrace with a private pool (4m x 6m) and fantastic views. Looking down from there, you'll see Carabeillo beach, located between the famous Burriana beach and Carabeo beach.
