This lovely villa has kitchen and bathroom with spacious living/dining area. At the front of the house there is a built-in BBQ area. Perfect for outdoor cooking/dining. The large terraces are south-west facing, surrounded by fruit and olive trees with beautiful sea and mountain views. A large private swimming pool 7 x 4 meters and 1.35 meters deep, surrounded by 60 sq.m terracotta tiles. This country retreat offers tranquility and privacy. There is a great variety of fantastic country walks with stunning views right on your door step. Also the Tejeda Mountain Range National Park is only 30 minutes away. Ideal for trekking/bird watching etc. A 10 minute drive takes you into Torrox Pueblo a traditional Andalucian village, with winding streets. In the centre of Torrox there is a open square surrounded by orange trees with shops, bars and restaurants. Torrox Costa has long sandy beaches with a wonderful promenade. Torrox with its winter climate offers marvellous holidays through the entire year. A high wheelbase car is recommend for staying at this villa. The track is mostly concrete for 700 metres, then 300 metres dirt track. My property manager will meet guests near the village and show guests to the villa. The times for meeting are between 14.30 to 20.00. I cannot accept late arrivals until the next morning as it is in a rural location....

Beautiful Family Rural House for 8 People, with private pool. The house is distributed over two floors, on the entrance floor we find, living room, with 32" TV, free Wi-Fi, full kitchen with ceramic hob, combi refrigerator, toaster, blender, dishwasher etc. A room with double bed as well as a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor we find 3 double bedrooms; 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, 1 room with 2 single beds, and a room with double bed and a toilet inside the bedroom. The upper floor has an air conditioning to cool the upper room. Outside we find a kidney-shaped pool of about 7 meters x 3.5 meters surrounded by artificial grass, several sun loungers and a hammock, a covered porch so that guests can make meals outside, barbecue area and parking for two cars inside the enclosure. Very quiet area 5 min from Torrox village, access to the house by road, and the last stretch of 1.3km of concreted lane, with a steep climb without danger of 60m to the entrance of the property, where you can enter directly and park inside the property. Pets allowed under supplement of € 50 per stay, Pets are allowed to use the sofas, beds or towels in the house with a penalty of up to € 50 for extra cleaning.
