This charming third-floor, three-bedroom apartment is located in a small and exclusive complex, Mont Salonica, no more than five minutes' walk from the beautiful Arenal beach in Jávea. It has an extremely large and completely private roof terrace with wonderful panoramic views over the valley and low hills, towards the impressive Montgó Mountain in Javea. In the apartment itself, the spacious living and dining areas are elegantly furnished and there is a large, conveniently located open-plan kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level, two of the bedrooms have the same magnificent views as the living room and terrace. Note: air conditioning is only available in the living room.
