Welcome to Finca Can Anna: A beautiful and tranquil place to relax! Enjoy spectacular mountain views and the proximity to the City of Sóller as well as the beach. This charming rural house surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town (L’Horta), about 20 minutes away by foot from the city centre and only 2 miles from the beach. The house has been lovingly and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious typical Majorcan “entrada”, a beautiful dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the lovely patio. The mezzanine offers a living room with a fireplace, a corner TV, and a small bathroom. There are two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the first floor with an adjacent dressing room. The large patio right in front of the house offers a lot of sun and shady places. And it is equipped with a table for six people and a BBQ. Just a few steps down from the house across the driveway, you will find the beautiful and widespread garden area with its 10m long pool and adjacent terrace with beach loungers offering plenty of space to sunbathe and relax.
