This Fourth floor apartment has been recently modernised while keeping some original features. The apartment is decorated with a nice fresh feel theme. It is located on the beach side of Punta prima, within a 5 minute walk to the beach and has a large communal pool. .For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed. You enter the property into a hallway that leads to the living room and the bathroom is straight in front of you. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink with a built-in storage cupboard, shower, and bidet. The living room has air conditioning a large L- shaped sofa and modern cabinets with a smart TV offering International TV channels, a coffee table, and a dining table for 4 people. You can also access the large balcony that overlooks the communal pool. From the living room, you have both bedrooms on either side of the hallway and the kitchen at the end.
