I am a Gibraltarian living in London - like most Gibraltarians I love the sun and the Mediterranean food of southern Spain. I love to visit as often as I can - our Casa is my family's favourite place to come together - whether that is my husband and kids or my large extended family who live on the Rock or close-by in Spain. Sotogrande is a large private estate. It has its own secure manned entrances. It is a mixed community of people who live and work there all year round plus holidaymakers from all over Europe. Gibraltar is 20 minutes drive and Malaga is 60 minutes using the easily accessed toll road. This beautiful villa located within the prestigious Spanish resort of Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol looks over the stunning Almenara golf course, one of many internationally known golf courses within the area, the driving range for the Almenara course being situated just across the road from the villa. Valderamma is located a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Restaurants, shops, beaches and the Sotogrande marina are all just a short drive away. Within the villa, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and one family bathroom. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a front-facing balcony over looking the beautiful views (perfect for the sunset!) and an en-suite bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms are both twin rooms. One has an en-suite bathroom and the other is beside the family bathroom. The large living/TV/dining area has two 3 seater sofas, one a double sofa bed, as well as 1 armchair for comfortable TV viewing or socialising. There is also a large dining table, seating 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer with a filtered ice and water dispenser. There is an oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. All utensils, pots, pans , plates, glass ware, coffee mugs are provided. There is also a fully equipped utility area.
