The flat, located on the front line of Los Lances beach, is equipped for 4 people. In the main room we find a small corridor, which leads to the kitchen (American style), fully equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and kitchen utensils and in the living room with modern furniture, a large sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. To the right we have the second bathroom equipped with a bathtub (the first one is at the beginning of the corridor and has a shower tray), and the 2 bedrooms; the first with 2 single beds and a wardrobe and the second with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms have hot plates. However, the best thing about this flat is undoubtedly the private garden. It is perfect for families with children or for washing wind surfing or kite surfing equipment. It has side views to the beach and a small portable barbecue. It also has a separate exit to the outside so you can go from the beach to the garden without having to enter the flat. The urbanization, with a privileged location, has gardens and seasonal swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) In the area you will find bars, cafes and restaurants.
