This detached holiday home with its own garden and pool is located near the beach of Torremolinos. It is a lovely quiet place to spend a relaxing holiday at walking distance to the beach. With supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The house has a living room with sitting and dining area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and its own garden with private pool and parking on its own land. In the living room there are 2 comfortable leather sofas and a dining area with four chairs. There is a Smart TV with English and other international channels, a DVD/CD player, and free WiFi internet. Through the sliding door you get to the partially covered south-facing terrace. The vacation home has been well maintained and in 2017 was equipped with a new kitchen, a new bathroom and new air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms.
