Located in the widely known Altea (Costa Blanca), this holiday apartment is close to the Campomanes marina and other charming villages. You reach the apartment via a lift so it remains easily accessible for the disabled. From the spacious terrace you enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the garden and the communal swimming pool. In the beautiful tropical garden with a beautiful lawn is the swimming pool with steps and lighting. There is also a path that leads directly to the sea and beach. The interior is very neat and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is satellite TV with also Flemish channels. At only 50m there is a supermarket and there are numerous restaurants nearby, both in Altea but also at the port in Mascarat. The old town of Altea is a must-see to visit. For slightly more active activities, you can sail on the beach in 5 minutes' walk and rent a jet ski. This vacation apartment near the beach has a top location.
