The entire beach can be seen from its terrace and pool. The house consists of 6 double bedrooms, 5 of which have two beds and one room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining rooms are distributed among three other bathrooms, all renovated and updated. The living-dining room, along with the separate kitchen, forms the central axis from which access is given to the magnificent covered-uncovered terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, combi fridge, microwave, as well as a toaster, kettle, and other small appliances.
