This beautiful house is situated in the area of Cala Llonga, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia. It is a very quiet house, surrounded by orange trees and close to the beach of Cala Llonga. The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and TV. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasols, as well as a built-in barbecue. Both properties are within the same peaceful and on private grounds. There is a pleasant covered seating area outside adjacent to the pool, where the guests can shade from the heat in the day, or dine in the evenings with the glows from pool lights and coloured garden lighting which light up the array of sub-tropical trees and plants.
