Lovely, sunny first floor part air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within easy walking distance of the beautiful Carabassi beach. Internal marble stairs lead to the fabulous private roof terrace which is furnished with 2 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs, table and plants. Outside, the sunny balcony comes complete with a table and 4 chairs – perfect for either breakfast or relaxing with a drink in the evening as it is lit at night!
Moving inside the apartment, the air-conditioned lounge contains a 3 seater sofa, chair, coffee table, side table, lamp, ceiling fans and pictures. For your entertainment there is a wall unit containing a 26” Flat Screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD and iPod docking station. There is also a selection of DVDs and paperback books for your enjoyment during your holiday. The dining area features a dining table and 4 chairs, lamp, pictures and bookcase. The modern galley kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher extractor fan, kettle, coffee machine, sandwich maker and toaster. For your safety there is a first aid kit and small fire extinguisher. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine, iron, ironing board and separate sink. In addition there is an excellent supply of crockery and utensils.
The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, mirror, rugs, pictures, lamps and a table. In addition there is a double built in wardrobe containing a 3 drawer chest, plus a radio/alarm clock and a hairdryer for your use during your stay. The second bedroom contains twin beds, rugs, pictures, beside cabinet and lamp as well as a double built in wardrobe containing a 3 drawer chest and a safe. In addition there is a ceiling fan to ensure comfort on summer nights.
The main bathroom features a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and a basin set in a marble surround vanity unit with a mirror above. This lovely property also has a handy shower room containing shower, basin, WC and mirror.
For dining al fresco on the roof terrace, there is a dining table and 4 chairs situated under a shady pergola, with the all-important BBQ nearby! From the terrace are views of Alicante and the mountains, plus there is a shower for cooling off after a hard day’s sunbathing! The fantastic pool and tropical gardens are just to the rear of the apartment!
A great selection of bars, restaurants and a mini market are just a 5 minute walk away, and the incredible sand duned beach is just a 15 minute walk from your holiday apartment – a super location for your family’s summer holiday!
