La Sonrisa is a delightful, detached 2 bedroomed family owned villa located in a cul-de-sac (with no through traffic) on a well maintained private estate.
Previous guests tell us that it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a wonderful holiday. Many describe it as a home from home and return year after year.
The very comfortably furnished accommodation is entirely on the ground floor and comprises:
Open plan lounge/dining room with CD player, iPod docking station, LCD TV, SKY TV, DVD, multi-fuel stove, air conditioning with warm air heating in winter, ceiling fan, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and selection of cds, dvds and books.
Fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and breakfast bar.
Two bedrooms (one double and one twin bedded), each with a ceiling fan, plus additional sofa bed in the lounge.
Bathroom with bath/shower, basin, bidet and wc.
French doors lead onto large, part-covered dining terrace with sun awning. Additional front, side and rear terraces and large roof terrace with stunning views.
Garden with built-in barbecue, car-port, washing line, ironing facilities, two sets of garden furniture and sun loungers.
Towels and bed linen supplied.

The villa is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Moraira with its beautiful beaches and wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
