This lovely apartment is housed on the 5th floor in a modern building, only 50 metres from the Levante beach and promenade , on a quiet and very secure complex. The well known "Peñon de Ifach" and the old fishing port and the Yacht Club are less than 100 metres away. Also close by there are bus and taxi stops for access to the town centre. The perfect location for a peaceful holiday with as much, or as little, activity as you want.
The apartment is comprised of one double bedroom with en suite shower room, one twin bedroom with separate bathroom, a separate kitchen with its own small balcony, a good sized Lounge/Dining room and naturally a good sized terrace overlooking the pools and port.
Families or groups who are looking for a relaxing break will find this apartment ideal. There are three pools for adults and children whilst the long sandy beach with all its water sports are only a 50 metres away.

Notes to the rental rates:
7 days minimum rental, with longer term discounts available on request. Occupations runs from 15.00 hrs on day of arrival until 11.00 hrs on day of departure. There will be a deposit of 30% required to secure the reservation, balance due two month prior to travel. In addition a £150.00 security deposit will be required & held until the keys are returned. Enquiries for long winter lets welcome, Air-conditioning, heating and electricity are included in the rates |
