Description: |
El Mirador de Aguamarina is a new residential complex, alongside the beach of La Glea, Campoamor. Access to 2 beaches direct from the apartments by steps, or ramp and roadway if unable to manage steps. The apartments are alongside each other and have large balconies to the front with enclosed private terraces to the rear. The large communal swimming pool is only a few yards from the doors of the apartments. Each apartment possesses a secure private parking space in the garage under the complex, with lifts to the apartment levels. Lifts and accesses are wheel chair friendly. The apartments are virtually identical. Both are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large lounge/living room, entrance hall, seperate fully equipped kitchen, and utility area. No.10 also has a tumble drier, and electric radiators in living area and all bedrooms. Campoamor is a beautiful area with large green areas and pines. All amenities are within easy walking distance. You go down accross the beachfront into the very Spanish village, or walk up the small hill and in 5 mins you are on the Orihuela Costa strip, with all the bars and restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc. Campoamor has its own security patrol, plus in the Summer El Mirador has a private Security Guard 24 hrs. The Golf Triangle, as it is known, of Las Ramblas, Royal Campoamor, and Villamartin courses are all only about 5 /10 mins. drive from the apartments, and the New courses of Moja Trajectum and several others on the main road to Murcia, are only a few minutes further. The busy holiday town of Torrevieja, with its permanent street market and Funfair,Superb Water Park suitable for all ages, beaches, restaurants, shops etc is about i5 mins drive. Benidorm and Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Theme Parks are about 1 hours drive.

Both apartments are fully equipped including linen and towels.Kitchens have Electric cookers and ceramic hob, Fridge/freezer, electric Kettle and toaster, plus all utensils and cutlery for six persons. The utility houses a waching machine plus the gas fired hot water heater providing unlimited instant hot water. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and two in the lounge/ living area. with large patio doors leading onto the verandas. The master bedroom is ensuite, with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. The second and third bedroom are twin bedded share a bathroom. Both apartments are fitted with retractable security grills and drop down blinds. The verandas each have a large retractable sun awning. No.10 also has electric radiators in living area and all bedrooms, and a tumble drier in the utility. |
