2 Bedroom apartment set in a safe and quiet purpose built complex of only 20 apartments situated within its own well maintained secluded gardens with swimming pool and a smaller pool for the children. There is a Sun Terrace with Sun loungers provided at no extra cost. The apartment boasts beautiful sea views and gets the morning sun on the terrace, ideal for alfresco breakfast.
Situated easily within a 10 min stroll from the beach and 5mins from Torreblanca train station. The Train Station is now situated within Malaga Airport, Making transfers from the airport easy and inexpensive. A family of 4 can get from the airport to the apartment for approx 6 Euro's, with a travel time of 25 minutes. This also gives easy access to other resorts along the Costa’ Alternatively I can forward the name of a reliable transfer Company. The Apartment is in Torreblanca with the Centre of Fuengirola a pleasant 25 min stroll along the delightful“Paseo Martimo"

It is ideal for couples and families in a safe,quite and secure complex.
Im sorry the apartment is NOT suitable for lad/ladette or golfing holidays. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space.I have a new travel cot and bedding for a small weekly charge. A safe is provided for your Valuables, with your own personnel code and key.
All Towels and Beach towels along with the changing of the Linen and the cleaning of the apartment are included in the price.
The Kitchen comprises of Cooker with Hob. Washing Machine, Fridge Kettle, Microwave oven, Toaster, Sandwich maker, Expresso Coffee maker and there is a flask and containers if you want to take a “picnic” down to the Beach.
There is an Iron and Ironing Board, and a Hairdryer.
The Lounge /Dining room is Spacious and tastefully furnished with a 3 and a 2 seater Settee. The T.V gets all the BBC/ITV there is a DVD player There is also a C.D, Tape Player. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge, Sliding Patio Doors lead on to the balcony which has a patio table and 4 chairs.
The bathroom has a powerful shower above the Bath. And plenty of cupboard space. There is always plenty of hot water.
Up on the roof there are lines for any washing that you might do.
Outside the apartment there is car parking space.
There is a very good supermarket 3mins away along with a Taxi Rank and phone boxes. Also nearby is a Bank with a cash Machine.
Discount given on long term out of season lets.
25% deposit required on Booking, with the balance to be paid 1month before departure.
On Booking, Directions/Train Timetables and maps of the area will be sent.
I have a email address of avery reliable, inexpensive taxi from the airport
and a local Car hire company.
Change over day is any day, flexible arrival/departure times, subject to availability.
I send out the keys so the arrival / departure days are all yours as i dont have changeover days on the same day. this makes it easier for booking flights to suit you.
Please be aware that the apartment is up a short steep hill of approx 50mtrs and up 5 short flights of stairs.
THERE ARE NO GAS APPLIANCES IN THE APARTMENT
No smoking in the apartment, please use the terrace.
