An excellent detached villa situated in a prestigious residential development known as La Capellania, close to Benalmadena Pueblo. It is just 15 mins. from the airport, with easy access to the coast road and just 10 mins. from Mijas and nearby Fuengirola. Local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach are all just less than 5 minutes drive away.
The villa is approached through gates, and has ample parking. The property is build in 2003 and is comfortable, spacious, light and sunny. There is an entrance hall, with a lovely planted patio. There is a good sized, dual aspect well-furnished lounge area with TV, DVD and video player & fireplace, together with the dining area. The lounge benefits from wide patio doors opening onto the covered terrace, and to the pool area. Outside the lounge is a covered terrace & eating area, with access to the BBQ area, and the 8x4m private pool with sun loungers. From the terrace there are views of the surrounding countryside Mijas and Fuengirola, and down to the sea. The spacious kitchen is very well appointed and has electric hob, electric oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and micro- wave oven. In the kitchen there is further more a curved dinning area with spectacular views.
The master bedroom is aprox. 20 sqm. and has a good sized en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe, and patio doors to the garden, as well as views over Fuengirola and part of the coastline.
The second and third bedrooms have double beds and two single beds, booth with fitted wardrobes sharing a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and heating units.(All beds are 90 x 200 cm)
Next to the second bathroom there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside, the property has ample parking, and is fully fenced and gated, making it very secure. The usable garden is partly lawn and terraces. The south and west facing villa enjoys an elevated position with a good degree of privacy, and lovely views. This is an ideal holiday location, because of its equal easy access to motorway links, and walking distance to supermarket, gas station and two bars and 4 restaurants as well as the many local attractions that the area has to offer. The immediate neighborhood is very tranquil and does not receive passing traffic. Children has to be 5 years or elder due to the drop from outside the fence.

Notes
Payment is to be made in Euros. A 350 €deposit is required at the time of booking which will be refunded after recieving the key after your departure minus any excess electricty charges over the 250Kwh allowance pr. week. The full amount is payable 8 weeks prior to travel. There is a discount for rentals of 3 weeks or more.

Great location great views

We had a week in this villa in july 2011. What a lovely villa . Stunning views from the pool area. Villa is all on one level and this was great for my disabled mum. Great location just off the main road . Supermarket just around the corner. I would recommend car hire as the villa is at the top of a hill and you have to go down hill for benalmadina harbour,Fuengirola ect. Great local beach at the bottom of the hill (under the tunnel ). Don' t miss the street market at Fuengirola on Tuesday some good bargains to be had. Also great open air shopping mall only 10 mins drive towards Malaga next to Ikea.we did have a problem with the washing machine and the management company were useless. However the owner Mr Reman was very sorry for the disruption and refunded us .I would hire this villa again due it's undisturbed views and peaceful surroundings .
