Description: |
This apartment is situated at La Finca golfcourse. The area is only 10 km. from beautiful sandbeaches at Guardamar, and very close to Algorfa and Ciuadad Quesada. Of course Alicante, Murcia and Elche as the big cities, with a lot of atmosphere and history.
It is a perfect place to stay for golfers, and people that like a quiet area with plenty of restaurants etc. within 1-6 km, and big cities by driving 30 min.
La Finca is only 40 km. from Alicante airport, and only 13 km. from Torrevieja - a large local town, with beaches, shoppingcentres, ex. Carrefour.
The hole area is new and very beautiful. It is a very secured area with private parking, and entryphone. Also closed poolarea.
The apartment is placed as the upper partment(1. level) with a nice terrace, and a big sunroof. All furnished, and view over the golfcourse, the poolarea and citrusgroves. It is also ideal for families.
The area is provided with several excellent golfcourses.
