Refurbished Southwest facing 1 bedroom apartment to sleep up to 4 people in the Cruz del Sur block. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the beautiful gardens and L shaped 25m swimming pool. The block itself has two lifts with easy disabled access and all areas are gated making it ideal for those with young children.

The apartment consists of a newly fitted kitchen with appliances including fridge, hob, oven and microwave. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge. There is a tv with satellite, radio and mp3 player. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, and bidet, sink and shower.

The balcony overlooks the pool and gardens and has a table and chairs to enable you to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Shops, bars and restaurants are a 2-minute walk and the beach is only a 5-minute walk.

Apartment review

We enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped, however the bathroom was very dark. The garden and pool area is lovely. There were a couple of things that should be mentioned: two sets of keys would be very advantageous, if one person was out, due to the locked gate system, the other was unable to gain access to the garden/pool. The other point would be location of the complex, perhaps the steep hill down to the beach could be mentioned in the advertisement. Due to various medical problems I found this quite difficult to negotiate.

Apartment benelmadena

Great value for money. Was a bit nervous after I paid to a foreign account and didnt get an answer for almost two weeks. Apartment on first floor. A bit noisy from the hall, and the wind blew straight through the windows into the apartment :) But all in all a great stay and a very central and nice location. The apartment is better than it looks on the pictures, but the beds could be more comfy. The pool was closed which we werent informed about, but a really nice one when its open I would suppose :) All in all I would recommend it as it was really cheap!
