This modern apartment has been designed to be an integrated part of the beautiful countryside that surrounds it. Indeed the views from the apartment’s sun terrace encompass rolling natural countryside, the mountains beyond and the Mediterranean sea. Moraira is on one side and Javea on the other
There are three huge infinity swimming pools landscaped with palm trees and other exotic plants but still leaving plenty of room for sun beds!
The apartment is the top apartment of three and the entrance leads of the road and so is elderly friendly. It is fully, and newly, furnished. The property also has British, Dutch, German, French and Spanish TV. Everybody who has stayed here has commented on the views, the facilities and the peace and quiet.

September and October are very popular months, away from the tourist season and usually with superb weather.

Notes
A hire car is essential to get from Alicante and Valencia airport which are approximately one hour away. (Full directions from the airport and suggestions for car hire will be sent with booking confirmations) There are many tourist attractions within ten to thirty minutes driving, for example Javea, Denia, Moriara, and Benidorm (for theme and water parks), and many magnificent beaches.

There is a wide choice of shops, bars and excellent restaurants both on and off the mountain. We will provide more details in the apartment.
All bedrooms and the bathroom are very large and bright.
