You can often see dolphins swimming in the bay, from the balcony of this apartment There’s a communal pool, that never gets crowded, surrounded by lawns and palm trees directly overlooking the beach which is accessed through a perimeter gate. From the front door it’s just 130 paces onto the beach itself.

The newly decorated apartment, which is non smoking, is superbly furnished with marble floors and air conditioning that can also be used for heating if required.

The lounge has a large comfy sofa that converts into a double bed alongside a large armchair, dining table and chairs plus TV (Sky Freeview) a DVD player and portable radio. Large patio doors open directly onto the outside terrace overlooking the gardens and beach. The views of the sea and the waves washing onto the beach and the rocks are stunning. Equally amazing are the sunsets and sunrises which can also be viewed from the master bedroom.

The terrace has a table and four chairs with a large sun lounger and plenty of room for the barbeque. And there’s a canopy that can be pulled across if you prefer the shade.

The fitted kitchen is newly refurbished with cooker/oven, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Directly off the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine.
