This beautiful holiday apartment is situated in the heart of Costa del Sol, Spain. It has south-facing panoramic Mediterranean seaviews - it has central location near amenities & about 20 min walk to the beach.
Just 12km from Marbella. Just 30 minutes by car from Malaga Airport, this superb air conditioned spacious apartment offers an ideal holiday home for any discerning family.
2 or 3 bedroom rates available.
There is a large well maintained swimming pool and childrens pool in attractive gardens. Calahonda boasts a selection of easily accessible beaches, restaurants and shops.
We also accommodate golfing groups as the apartment is central to many of the areas well-known golf courses (as an added bonus, La Siesta Golf and driving range is only about 100 metres from the apartment).

The apartment is located above the Calahonda valley overlooking La Siesta golf course. The lounge and dining area are spacious. The kitchen is fully fitted with all you would need.
There are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The views are truly breathtaking: two south facing balconies receive all day sunshine. With panoramic views across the Mediterranean you are guaranteed spectacular sights: Gibraltar as well as the Atlas Mountains across to the North African coast are often visible.

The lounge and dining area have air conditioning and a south facing balcony.
The dining area seats up to six persons.
28-inch wide screen television, Sky TV - Free-to-air satellite channels, Spanish TV through the community aerials, DVD library, player, and music centre.

Calahonda Area
Calahonda is a coastal holiday town situated between Fuengirola and Marbella, just 30 minutes by car from MALAGA AIRPORT to the west on the N340/A7 road.
There are many facilities and attractions within the local area which appeal to both adults and children; beaches and water sports, adventure parks and family centres, as well as golf and sports centres. There is also a wide selection of local bars and restaurants offering styles of cuisine from different parts of the world.

Just opposite the community is Club del Sol tennis club & gym, bar & restaurant.

The apartment overlooks La Siesta Golf, a 9 hole course with driving range. Miraflores Golf, Mijas Golf and La Cala Golf are also within a short drive or bus ride from Calahonda and the El Mirador apartment.
Visit the beautiful harbour and beach area of Puerto Cabopino. Estepona and Marbella are also close by. Further out, Gibraltar is approximately 90km to the west, a favourite place for many visitors from the UK.
Many of the inland towns and villages, often called white villages such as Ronda and Mijas have character that reflect a diverse influence. Alhaurin, Coin and Pizzara are also worth seeing.

If you are looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom accommodation, the prices are 500 euros for the middle season, 425 euros for the low season and for high season is 600 euros/week
The apartment is set for 6 people, if you want a 2 bedroom, the apartment will be set for 4 people (one double bedroom and 2 single beds bedroom). If there are more than 6 people, an extra bed+linnen & towels can be provided for 50 euros extra. There is a baby cot (suitable for children up to 3-4 y.o.) & a high chair.
There are DISCOUNTS FOR 2 OR MORE WEEKS BOOKINGS, SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR MONTHLY STAY IN OFF-SEASON & MIDDLE SEASON PERIOD.
