The villa is located in the hart of Costa del Sol in the small nice and quiet urbanisation Torrequebrada.
10 km. from Fuengirola, 10 km. from Benalmadena. 15 km. from Mijas.
Outside the front door there is a terrace with a perfect view to the pool.
To the right in the ground floor there is two bedrooms, each one with own bathroom. The size of the rooms is 15–20 m2.
Also to the right there is one half open bedroom, but without connected bathroom.
From the livingroom there is a bedroom with two singel beds. Just outside the door there is a toilet.
To the left there is a big kitchen with an cosy livingroom with fireplace.
Ahead there is a lounge with fireplace. From the lounge there is a door to a beautiful covered patio. The patio is a very cosy place for relax and enjoy the evenings. Connected with the patio there is a barbeque area and an outside bar.
From the lounge there is a stair to the 1.floor where there is a big master bedroom with bath. From the bedroom there is a sun terrace with a fantastic view to the sea and the mountains. The villa is surrounded with a beautiful garden with grass, flowers and palms. Around the property there is a wall, so it makes the whole property perfekt for children to play.
In the basement there is a separate appartment with a small kitchen, a bath with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed.
Next to the apartment there is a double garage with automatic port. In the garage there is a table tennis, and other toys for the children.
In the Villa there is marble or tile on all floors, everything in a very nice rustic way.
What to do in Torrequebrada
The Villa in Torrequebrada is perfectly located, but you need a rentel car.

Puerto Marina
Puerto Marina is one of the most important recreation centers in the municipality, with boats moored there from all corners of the world. Apart from sailing, the sporting facilities here include water skiing, canoeing and underwater diving.
The harbor area has plenty of bars and restaurants with terraces, where one can simply sit and watch the activity of the port.
Golf Torrequebrada
Torrequebrada golf course is one of the nicest golf course in Costa del Sol. the distance til the luxery clubhouse is 3 km.
Tivoli world
Is an old amusement park located in Arroyo de la Miel, just 2 km from the Benalmádena Costa. There are various rides as well as a tiny tots section, restaurants, bars and a professional caliber program of concerts mainly by Spanish performers, as well as some look-alike stars.
You can easily spend a day there as there are things to do for all ages!
Parque Paloma
200.000 square meters extensive gardens, several children’s playgrounds, a little zoo, cafes and much much more is here to enjoy for free
Parque de La Paloma with its more than 200.000 squared meters, is the biggest park in this town, where there is a big lake where live ducks, turtles, pelicans and gulls. You can also find in the highest part of the park other kind of animals as birds, rabbits, peacocks, goats, deer and ostriches.
In this park there is a place for Cactus where we can enjoy 2000 of them of 450 different ones.
A great place for a day-out!
Arroyo de la Miel
A cozy little centre of Benalmadena where you can find lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. From here also run the Coast train which run Malaga to the airport and further down to Fuengirola, but stopping in Benalmadena.
Skiing
In winter there is only 1 1/2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada, a very nice ski resorts in the mountains of Granada
