This first floor apartment is set in this award winning complex close to the sea, on the prestigious Miraflores resort.

This spacious, (83sq meters) 2 bedroom, hot/cold air-conditioning (in main lounge ), apartment is tastefully furnished and comfortable. It comprises of a lounge/dining room, with patio doors at one end, leading on to a good sized, south facing balcony,(9 square meters) with balcony furniture (patio table and 6 chairs and BBQ). This balcony boasts beautiful views over tropical gardens to the Mediterranean sea.
The comfortable lounge area with single chaise longue sofa bed and single fold down bed, 2 easy chairs, a TV with satellite channels, a D.V.D. and a radio.
There is a well equipped separate kitchen which has all usual appliances. This apartment also has a washing machine.
The double bedroom has spacious, fully fitted, wardrobes, is also south facing and, again, has spectacular views of the sea. The second (twin) bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and looks out over a landscaped area.
The bathroom has both bath and shower.
The good-sized swimming pool, situated in spectacular Private Gardens, is exclusive to Residents and includes friendly poolside bar / restaurant; Kiddies’ paddle pool and plenty of sunbeds for clients’ use. The pool is supervised by a Life Guard from May to September.
The beach of Torrenuave is a 5 min walk and the shops, restaurants and bars are a similar distance. Also, the drive-on sandy beach at La Cala, with its play area and restaurant is just a 5 min. drive.
This apartment is ideally placed to enjoy a sun-filled holiday with everything close by and yet is located in a quiet and secure-gated, mature environment.
