Villa Estrela is a traditional Spanish villa situated in the popular tourist resort of Calpe, on the Spanish Costa Blanca. What makes this villa unique is the fact that although it is on a large, detached plot, it is so close to the town and its main beach that there is no need for a car, which makes it suitable for all ages. Everything is just a stone’s throw away! The bus station, with buses running to Valencia, Benidorm and Alicante airport, is a two minutes’ walk, and the old town and its night life is only five minutes away. What more can you ask for? Imagine not having to worry about hiring a car and driving on the “wrong” side of the road if you’re British!
The accommodation is set out on two levels, which makes it ideal for an extended family, or two families or a group of friends who enjoy holidaying together but wish to maintain a degree of independence. The accommodation is in two self-contained apartments with private entrances. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The lower floor, which is perfect for those who find stairs a problem, has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. . Both floors have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large lounge and covered terrace. The top floor has air-conditioning.
There is a private nine metres by five metres pool which is cleaned on a regular basis. All towels, including beach towels, and bed linen are provided.. There is also satellite TV.
In addition, there is a large garden with Mediterranean fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, nuts, figs, plums, prickly pears, medlars and pomegrantes. When the fruit is in season you can eat your fill!
The owner-agent is personally on hand to assist you with your holiday stay. Car hire, maid cleaning and baby-sitting services can also be supplied if required.
