The Area:
This lovely newly built townhouse is situated within a quiet urbanisation, called Bosque de las Lomas II in the Costa Blanca. Visit the local beaches which are within a 10 minute drive. Beaches include; La Zenia, CaboRoig and Campoamor. Local amenities including, Mercadona Supermarket, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Local bus route with drop off / pickup points, one minute walk. Several golf courses are within walking distance. San Javier airport, 20 minute drive.

The Property:
Located within a secure road with driveway parking. As you approach the house you are greeted by a lovely outside terrace with a seating area.

Ground Floor: The living / dining area is very spacious and comprises of dining table, chairs and sofas. The downstairs living area leads into the kitchen, the twin bedded third bedroom and the downstairs cloakroom. At the rear of the property leading off of the kitchen you will find a private courtyard.

Cost of 30 EUROS payable to keyholders on arrival to cover washing, ironing and thorough cleaning of the property, before and after your stay.
