This Luxury Villa enjoys breathtaking sunrises & sunsets across the sea, & the ever changing textures & colours of the sparkling Mediterranean sea. The terraces & gardens are lit up at night, so inviting to sit out in the warm evening air, relax & enjoy a glass of wine & the twinkling moonlight on the sea. Having a peaceful swim in the Heated Pool, or champagne in the Jacuzzi are wonderfully romantic any time, especially in the evening when the children are in bed ! There is a pretty Garden with lawn, trees & raised flower beds, a terrace at the top with a Pergola for some shade, & truly breathtaking views across a green valley to a vast blue sea ! The Villa has Marble floors, Air Conditioning & Heating, & everything you could need, all of high quality. It is located just below Benalmadena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, squares & fountains, shops & restaurants, and is approached by a private road into a private drive. It is a great location for easy access to the Coast, Golf Courses, Marinas, Fishing, Boat trips, Water Sports, Horse Riding, Sightseeing, Shopping etc, & Beaches !
The Villa has a Heated Pool for your comfort, with a child safe electric cover, and also a Jacuzzi for you to enjoy. There is a BBQ for al-fresco cooking, and of course a patio dining table and chairs at which to enjoy your food out in the fresh air. There are awnings or blinds for you to draw if wish to eat in the shade.
The Villa has a very pretty Garden, with a lawn, trees, fruit trees, raised flower borders, night lighting, and several Terraces, including a roof terrace or Solarium. There are awnings on several terraces which can be drawn for shade if required, including a covered Pergola on the top garden terrace, also the essential sun-loungers are provided for you to relax & tan.
There are wonderful sea views from the entire garden & terraces.
The Villa has a secure gated drive, with parking for 2 vehicles, and plenty of room for more outside.
