Forty kilometers from Alicante Airport (30 minutes), thirty minutes to the beach, shared pool and bar / restaurant within 400 metres, rural location with mountain vistas. Really scenic with many wonderful walks, good shopping and very close to the historical town of Castalla with its castle, nice park for kids and quaint shops. Tourist information office also there.

One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, 37" wall mounted tv with freesat/dvd player, sun terrace on roof with two sun loungers, porch to the front. Air conditioned, automatic washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small griller machine. Internet access available with local weekly charge for connection.

Only 1 hour from Benidorm with waterparks / zoos etc and other areas with major attractions. There is a toy museum and pottery fairly close as well as some interesting Caves approx 30 mins away, worth a visit. There are some lovely waterfalls - Fonts de Agar, very close to Guadalest which is well worth a visit, a gorgeous place about an hour away towards Benidorm. Quite touristy so lots to see including a castle high up and a lovely turquoise lake.

There are some lovely towns around to explore and great scenic driving around Castalla. In Castalla town itself they have a great market on Tuesday + Saturday mornings.

There is a communal pool on site but with small charge for entrance. There is a lifeguard on duty and it is open daily 10am - 2pm and then 4pm - 8pm. You can leave your belongings there during the siesta when the gate is locked.

Please note that there is NO access to our garage / basement area, however you can just leave your car parked outside the garage gates which is what we do whilst there, it is no problem and actually more convenient.

Cleaning fee included. Please take note that there is NO SMOKING allowed in the villa - thank you!

Euro 50 deposit to be paid to secure reservation,
Full payment to be received one month before arrival.

The SWIMMING POOL is NOW open daily from 10am till 8pm.
We have a membership card which you need to collect from Marusol (when you collect the keys) but which a 50euro deposit needs to be paid, and then when you return the card to them before leaving you will also receive the deposit back) This is because we had to pay for it and lose out if the card is mislaid - thanks for understanding :-)

INTERNET CONNECTION FEE 2011 - is Euro 12.50 per week payable at Marusol.
