La Mansion is ideally situated in a quiet area, on the side of a wooded hill with truly fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the coastal strip from Moraira to Calpe and beyond. It has a spacious lounge (42" tv, Sky sports, movies etc), and 3 bedrooms,all en suite, all tastefully furnished and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Air conditioning and central heating are installed. The pool incorporates a jacuzzi with 2 waterfalls cascading into the pool. The pool terrace is totally secluded, surrounded by trees, palms and stunning rock faces. Off the pool is a games room with pool table, air hockey, darts, Nintendo game cube(plus games), x box 360 dual console (plus games),bar football, drinks fridge and a seating area. There is a toilet within the games room that also serves the pool area. The 3rd bedroom is off the games room with an en suite shower room, ac/ch and a 37" flat screen tv. An outdoor table tennis table is available for use on the car parking area (cars have to be moved to the upper car parking area).

The villa is just 10 minutes away from the coastal strip. In the other direction, the mountains are just a 35 minute drive away, ideal for serious walkers. Easier walks are available close to the villa, in the unspoilt countryside consisting of wooded valleys covered by Moorish dry stone wall banks. For those seeking the coastal holiday attractions, Calpe and Moraira are 10 minutes away, with the bright lights of Benidorm a 40 minute drive away. The Theme Park, Terra Mittica, is situated close to Benidorm

Ann and I are British, but have lived in Spain for 25 years. We live close to La Mansion, being available to immediately action any request or problem

I am an ex commercial diver and Ann was a nurse. Both now retired, though active, I still play tennis and cricket here. Ann sticks to tennis.

We are both actively involved in change overs. Ann supervising her 2 cleaners and I with terraces/pool

We are keen walkers and can help any clients who are interested in local walks.

Really Lovely Villa

Never quite sure what to expect when booking a villa on line but on this occassion it delivered on all counts. Wonderful views, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would reccommend to anyone and will hopefully return.

Great

I would have to say that this is the best 5 star self contained villa I have ever stayed in; the towels always fresh and linen always pressed. Everything plus more that you’ll need in the kitchen is at hand too. TV covers a wide range to suit most. The walk-in showers are ‘Hilton’ standard (in my opinion!). Although car hire is essential (this can be sourced at a good price if you shop around in advance, direct from the airport I have found my best deals over the years) The hosts; Bob and Ann are just diamonds; they really know the area exceptionally well and have top tips for all; including the most enthusiastic walkers to the most chilled, laid back elite persons too. Their communication is top of the range and the Villa itself is simply outstanding (improved & perfected year after year!) and for myself & my family to return 5 times already over the past 7 years; that really is saying something!! I have seen this villa come on (improve) year after year with efforts that are just beyond belief. Before the games room and additional en-suite twin downstairs, there was nothing but now… wow… it is a god-send where the adolescents/teens are concerned (teens & xbox 360 = perfect match for the evenings)!! And as always the pool and Jacuzzi are a hit all day long for all (many hours have passed on a lilo in the glorious sun with a drop or 2 of ‘semi-seco’!!) Even when the rain has decided to make a show… there is always plenty to keep everyone occupied. So, to conclude: as always; Bob and Ann – “I will be back” (take a look in the guest book(s) for evidence!!) 5 Star… We love it x

La Mansion Sept/Oct 2011

Lovely villa, with great views from the lounge but trees obscure the views from the terrace. Games room is a great plus. The owners, Bob and Anne, live opposite so any problems were quickly dealt with and on arrival we were able to drop off our luggage early. We would like to return with the grandchildren and would recommend this villa to family and friends.

Amazing views , great standards.

Once again Thank You very much for having us. It was a pleasure to us to stay there. The villa is great. Views from the balcony - amazing. Will defenetly recomend to others , and defenetly will be back there one day. All the best for you guys.
