La Mansion is ideally situated in a quiet area, on the side of a wooded hill with truly fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the coastal strip from Moraira to Calpe and beyond. It has a spacious lounge (42" tv), and bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Air conditioning and central heating are installed. The pool incorporates a jacuzzi with 2 waterfalls cascading into the pool. The pool terrace is totally secluded, surrounded by trees, palms and stunning rock faces. Off the pool is a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts, multi gym and bar football. There is a toilet within the games room that also serves the pool area. The 3rd bedroom is off the games room with an en suite shower room and flat screen tv.

For those seeking the coastal holiday attractions, Calpe and Moraira are 10 minutes away, with the bright lights of Benidorm a 40 minute drive away.
