The apartment is located in the sought after urbanization of Ladera del Mar, a 5 minute drive west of Nerja.
It has its own spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean , complete with sunbeds, table and chairs, wind down sunblind and barbecue.
There is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom both with ample wardrobe and drawer space - hairdryers and alarm clocks are included. For your comfort both bedrooms have mosquito screens at the window and ceiling fans.
The spacious sitting/dining room has a ceiling fan, two large sofas, coffee table, dining table and four chairs, also a television (English channels), VCR/DVD, and CD player.
The apartment offers a fully equipped separate kitchen, including cooker, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
The bathroom includes wc, basin with mirrored cabinet and bath with over shower.
The apartment is bright and airy with sliding patio doors onto the terrace from the twin bedroom and both front and side of the sitting room.

FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OUR GUESTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS AND DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of 75euro is required against breakages and damage. This will be refunded within 10days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment.
